Copper Belt Resources Limited (CBRL) has announced a change in the Company's name to CB Resources Ltd.

As a result of the name change, the shares of the Company will be assigned a new CUSIP. The symbol will remain "CBRL".

The common shares of CB Resources Ltd will commence trading under the new name Monday, August 11, 2008.
