CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 31, 2008) - March Resources Corp. ("March" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:MCF) is please to announce that it has extended the term of 29,460,000 warrants (the "Warrants") issued pursuant to its private placement offering of units which closed on July 27, 2008. The Warrants were set to expire one year from the date of issuance. The term of each Warrant has been extended to July 27, 2009. The exercise price of the Warrants will remain at $0.90.

Trading in the securities of the Corporation should be considered highly speculative.
