LONDON, July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) has been informed that with effect from 21st July, 2008 Lawrence Ricciardi, a Non-executive Director, was appointed as a Non-executive Director of Citigroup Inc.
