Dr. Robert G. Young, Geological Advisor Dr. Young has more than 53 years of experience in the higher education, mining, and energy fields. He is considered an expert in Piceance Basin Gas and Oil. He has held senior positions with U.S. Geological Survey, Mr. Kenneth Server, Technical Advisor Mr. Server is a mining engineer with over 40 years of USA and international mining engineering experience. He specializes in resource definition and mine planning and is recognized for upper echelon, proven performance in: Management; Supervision; Personnel Development; Reserve Estimating; Long Range & Incremental Mine Design & Production Forecasting; Plan Implementation; Quality Control; Mine Evaluations; Operations Improvement; Plant Facility Design & Construction; Budgeting; AFE Preparation; Manpower; Property (Land & Facilities); Permitting & Reclamation; Government Rules & Regulations. Mr. Server attended the Dr. Vladislav Kecojevic, Technical Advisor Dr. Kecojevic is an Associate Professor of Mining Engineering and a holder of Centennial Career Development Professorship in Mining Engineering at the Mr. Greg Lewicki, P.E., Technical Advisor Mr. Lewicki is a Mining Engineer with 31 years of domestic and international mining experience. He is the owner and manager of Mr. Steven Marusich, Technical Advisor Steven Marusich brings over 40 years of mining experience including specialization in underground mining. Most recently, Mr. Marusich has been working on an in-situ coal gasification project. Mr. Marusich has been a mining engineer, manager and president of coal companies, during his 40 year career. Starting as a miner in Ostrava, Czechoslovakia, Mr. Marusich became foreman and then engineer. He earned his Mining Engineering degree in 1968 from the Dr. Syd S. Peng, Technical Advisor Dr. Syd S. Peng is the Charles E Lawall Chair of Mining Engineering, Dr. Peng worked for the Dr. Peng has authored and co-authored 4 textbooks and 332 journal and proceedings articles in the areas of longwall mining, ground control and respirable dust. He initiated the annual international conference on ground control in mining in 1981 and served as editor/senior editor of the Conference proceedings. It is now recognized all over the world as an annual forum for exchange of information on ground control. Dr. Peng is a member of the Dr. Tibor G. Rozgonyi, Technical Advisor Dr. Rozgonyi is presently Head and Professor of the He holds a B.S. degree in mathematics, and B.E., M.S. and Doctorate degrees in mining engineering in his native country, Hungary. In addition to his academic experience, he has substantial industrial experience in hard rock (iron ore) mining and coal underground mining. He has served at different administrative and faculty capacities at the Mr. Robert C. (Nick) Turner, Technical Advisor Mr. Turner is an Electrical and Maintenance Engineer with over 30 years of domestic and international mining experience. He specializes in electrical mine and plant design, operations, and maintenance management. He is recognized for designing, building, and improving mining facilities that are among the lowest cost and most efficient worldwide. His employment profile includes assignments at Standard Oil Mining Division, Mr. T. Arthur Palm, P.E. Technical Advisor Mr. Palm has over 30 years of operations and engineering experience in the mining industry. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Mine Safety Professional. Art has been involved in several coal mine start-ups and methane degasification projects. He earned his B.S. Degree in Mining Engineering from the Mr. Gene Jackson, Technical Advisor Mr. Jackson is a worldwide authority in gasification and liquefaction. Mr. Jackson became involved in the alternative fuels industry by assisting in the development of Rentech which produced clean burning "diesel" from natural gas. Mr. Jackson has attended many workshops and seminars on the production of alcohol from various feedstocks. He has devoted the last twenty-five years participating as a scientist, engineer and entrepreneur in the development of the alternative fuels industry.
