MONTREAL, May 15 /CNW Telbec/ - Kangaroo Media announces the appointment of Rick Clements as Chief Financial Officer of the company.

A chartered accountant, Mr. Clements has more than 15 years experience in senior financial roles with public companies in the technology sector. The scope of his experience covers the range of financial functions, including the build-out of robust reporting systems that provide comprehensive and real-time financial and operational information as well as the development of key performance and business metrics to better understand, plan, forecast and manage revenue and operational indicators.

Prior to joining Kangaroo Media, Mr. Clements was Chief Financial Officer at Klocwork Inc. As well, over the years, he has held down senior finance and operational roles at Versatel Networks and OpenText Corporation.
