WHAT:    The Farm Bill recently passed by Congress includes important
          provisions to accelerate the commercialization of cellulosic
          biofuels technologies. Key programs include loan guarantees
          to assist the construction of commercial biorefineries for
          production of advanced biofuels; a Biomass Crop Assistance
          Program that will help farmers transition to growing
          cellulosic energy crops; and funding for research and
          development into making advanced, low-carbon biofuels cost-
          competitive for consumers. Biotechnology companies, biofuel
          feedstock producers will discuss how these measures will
          help integrate the various sectors to move the entire
          biofuel industry forward.
