Motorola Declares Quarterly Dividend

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 5 cents ($0.05) per share, payable in cash on July 15, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2008.

This will be Motorola's 245th consecutive quarterly dividend.
